Can you use a t630 keypad with t610 firmware?

I bought the t610 --> t630 conversion kit off ebay which includes the housing, new buttons, and new keypads, tools etc....

what i'm wondering... If I leave my firmware on my t610 at R6C005... can I use the new keypad from the t630???

I'm assuming yes... but I just wanted to check... I'm going to get the TFT screen, but not for a little while - need to get some more money in check before that...

That's what i did. I just change the housing and leave the T610 untouched in the software part.
Anyway you well need the keyboard PCB, because the T610 PCB doesn't fit the T630 housing.

.You have to have T630 firmware for the screen though, as I saw you wanted to buy one later
