where to get little cell phone screws

well i lost a few of the buggers when taking my phone apart, they just seem to bounce all over, is there anywhere to get more?

ANYBODY?? I tried US cellular, lowes, radio shack and then they sent me to a different us cellular, who sent me to a jewelry place, but the guy says they use different threads on the screws.
