How to download ringtones to a 1150?

Hi, newbie here! I did a search for 1150 and I read the V6000 sticky. I think I get the idea. You have to have some software, USB cord for the phone and then you download the ringtones via mp3. Is that correct? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

the lg 1150 only take midi and mmf so for those of you who are trying to put mp3 sorry can't be done wav nope cant be done
