SE47 randomly doesn't work..

I had this phone for about a month and a half now, and I haven't had any problems with it. I used the GIN service to get Tetris Cascade and started having problems, but didn't realize it. I started having the following problem RIGHT after I downloaded the game.

Once in a while the phone doesn't like to make or receive calls, so I have to power cycle the phone and take out the battery. I don't find out about this until I try to make a call, so it's rather inconvenient.

I didn't mess with anything else on the phone other than the ringers and wallpapers with my data cable. I took off the wallpapers and original ringers on there, to try and "clean" the phone of any mess I made. Still no go. The problem happens about once every three to four days.

I'd like to go to a Verizon store and possibly swap the phone for another one or maybe even get a Samsung instead, but I'm afraid of what they may offer me. I've heard of people getting much crappier phones than what the Slider's quality is.

I'd like to know what I should do in this situation. Also, would Verizon credit me with the $7 I paid for the GIN service?

not sure what they would do but mine does that too

....i'm waiting for it to happen so i can call verizon using a landline and have them call my phone and see what they say

that what the verizon email told me to do atleast

I just got the phone replaced (no questions asked), but this phone is now defective as well, with the same problem I had before.

I'd like to know if anyone else has had this problem, and what they did to resolve it.

Bump for resolution?

I'm gonna head down to Verizon again and see if they'll issue another replacement.

My SE47 has been acting a lil funny lately to, sometimes when Im using GIN, and I'm exiting out of a program and stuff real quick the phone just randomly resets, and just today, i had the screen go black and it had some grey text on it, not sure what it said, and I've had it happen b4.
