I'm trying to install the USB drivers under windows 98... at first it installs fine... then the Add New Hardware Wizard pops up saying "The wizard searches for new drivers for: Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM" Then when I try to search for the drivers where I installed the original USB drivers from... it doesn't find anything for the Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM and I've downloaded a couple of different drivers with the same outcome. And it asks me for the Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM drivers 3 times. This same thing happens in Windows XP but it finds the drivers, but when i try in windows 98 it gives me problems... does anybody know what i could do?

I am having the exact same problem. Tried deleting everything and starting over, but no luck. I have a laptop with xp on it and it works fine but on my desktop all i get is unable to locate driver.
Anyone have answers??

I feel your pain
I had the same problem too and I hacked at it for around 5 hours trying different drivers. I did read were they say you need to have your data cable unplugged from the USB port when you load the drivers. After I try this everything loaded fine but I still got errors "Specfied path not found". I rebooted the computer and it worked!!
Sorry I couldn't offer more help.
