Help me pick a new GSM phone

Well, now that I've decided I want a new cell phone for use on Fido, I'm looking at my options. In some ways I want something a little "different" (in other words, not a phone that Fido sells). Here's the features I'm looking for:

- Flip phone preferred (though I do like some Nokia phones as well)

- IR and/or Bluetooth is a must.

- Solid RF

- Camera capabilities (not a huge issue, but I'd want a phone that could at least take "decent' pics)

- external display (flip phone only) for Caller ID and such

I have an opportunity to get the NEC 525 HDM phone which seems to meet my requirements other than a less-than-stellar camera.

If you have other recommendations on phones I should look at (that aren't going to cost more than say $500 Cdn), I'd be interested to know what's out there.
