I started using the 6230 in July then my aunt lent me her 7610 in early August. The 7610 sure had shock value. I saw the back first and said: "That's a phone?!?!"

Is it just me, or does the 6230 have a smoother video output than the 7610? I found the 7610 to be laggy and choppy. I personally prefered the interface of the six more.

Pictures on the 7610 killed the 6230 in quality, but in all honesty, the shots taken in the 6230 were good enough. I loved how quick I could access the camera too and all the photo's that could be stored.

It's unfortunate the 6230 is so boxy like a Honda. Whereas the 7610 is beautiful like a propellered logo'd Germany car manufacturer.

Bluetooth was a pain in the ××× on the 6230. I tried to transfer files to my HP4150 but it took forever because I had to click 'yes' on every transaction. It was still a lot better than the BT on the Sony's which took forever to pick up. I didn't test it on the 7610.

Finally, I regret not picking up a 7610 at the time for the price, now I have to hunt for one in Canada. Can't believe I refused the new 6230 for $400 cdn.
