Have had the phone for some time now and have had few problems. But today when I went to turn my phone on I get a white screen So I just keep turning on and off until I get a half decent display (screen slanted)

Anywho I guess I'm asking what the best method to fix this would be. I've been looking around and seen that some people suggest doing a reset. Would this solve my problem? And if so I'm assuming a reset wipes your phone out so I might wanna save important stuff beforehand?

Second option is sending the phone away to Innostream, something I've been debating about since I use the phone so much and have no back up.

Any suggestions will be appreciated, hopefully I can get this phone straightened out. Btw i'm using the Dec 03 firmware I believe (yes i know i need to get it updated!)

I would say try the reset first and if it doesn't work then contact innousa.net

I second that. As I understand it, the firmware update will erase all files anyway, so get that done as soon as you can as well.

and how would I go about reseting?

There any way to extract address book with data cable?

Thanks in advance.

Anything on the SIM card is protected as far as I know, so if your phonebook is stored on the SIM, you won't have to back it up. At the standby screen, press *741*737381#.
