Unlocking SE47

I just got an SE47 for free. I transferred all the information from my Motoroloa phone to the SE47 (111111 menu). I changed NAM1 and NAM2 to be identical.
Everytime I "reboot" the phone the NAM settings revert back to the original. How do I fix this.
Thanks guys.

In both NAM1 and NAM2:
NAM1/2 Info [OK]
MIN [OK]
[BACK 10 times to delete] 0000000658 --> Your 10-digit phone number [OK]
check MDN, should be the same
Home SID [OK]
find out your home SID from http://www.bridog.net/cellular/sid.txt
drop the leading 0's, ie 00030 -> 30
Extra NAM Info [OK]
CDMA NAM Info [OK]
Home SID/NID [OK]
Enter in the same SID as above for both SID and NID

I've tried that. It still reverts back to the original CDMA info. The SID/NID stays what I set it though. Do I need to have Cingular activate the ESN on the Cingular network for OTA? Right now it's registered on the Verizon network.

The slider won't work on Cingular, their GSM and the Slider is CDMA. Your best bet is unlocking your slider to Verizon, Virgin Mobile, and any other CDMA company that supports the slider. If you don't want your slider, I'll take it. LOL

All Kyocera Phones are only CDMA, just for future refrence, unless they suddenly decide to do GSM
