Need a .desc Editor

I need something that can edit the .desc files so i can put some ringtones/wallpapers on my phone through Bitpim. Can anyone help me out?

There is no automatic way to do it, yet. You need to do it by hand, with a hex editor. I'm using Hexplorer. It is free, google it.
