Is there WAP on the hiptop/sidekick colour, or just HTML.

Thanks a lot.

The hiptop platform has a wap browser, but T-Mobile removed it from their version of the device.

Trust me sometimes it would come in handy. For example I would rather post via hofo wap then HTML because the hofo pages take soo long to load.

Ya I agree. WAP would be nice.. cause some sites are easier to navagate on WAP mode vs that of HTML, HoFo is one of them, yahoo is another, amazon and certain ringtone sites.

Including wap would be nice, but they should program the existing browser to do wap, not have a 2nd browser. Having a 2nd browser would just make things more complex. For example, how would it know which browser to open when you send a click in an email? There are some Pocket PC and Symbian browsers that can do both HTML & wap, so they should do that.

then again its like

why would u pay 10x more to fix a bumper on your 84 than on an 04 mercedes?

basically wap vs. html, wap has some advantages against html and vice versa.

i can access my corporate email with WAP but not on html/sidekick. so if i need to look up my corp email on the go i need a blackberry or a regular phone ....wtf
