How can I erase a 0 Kb pix file?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

After using Bitpim to copy some photos from my 8900 to my PC, I deleted the pix and thumbnails from my phone (with bitpim). later, I noticed that the pix were still listed in the photo gallery of my phone. In the pix info, the phone says that they are 0 Kb in size. If I try to delete them, the phone gives me a message that says "Invalid Operation". I do not still have the original pix on my PC. is there a way to convince my phone that they are gone?

I searched the forum, but haven't found anything helpful yet. Please let me know if the info I need is in another thread.

Hmmm...so how do I find out where to remove them from, and do I need a special kind of editing program in order to remove them?
