I have a V600 and i hate it, im thinkin of buyin a unlocked GX22 from ebay. The gx 30 and 32 are just to expensive. Would the gx22 work on my att network

keep in mind AT&T use 850/1900. Sharp Gx20/22 are 900/1800/1900. I recommend you should get sharp gx30/32. it is quad band. the phone is 1.0 mega pixels and have a secure digital card slot, so u can save pictures and listen to mp3. you can find a unlocked sharp gx30 brand new for arond $ $450-$500.

Hi- I have a GX22, and use AT&T and I live in NYC. It works great, incredible camera and cool features, mMode, etc..
I have gotten lots of compliments on the phone, it's not your everyday unit.

A new gx22 would probably cost you around 250-300 dollars although I'm not too sure about it. When I had my gx22.... there was one time when my friend tried it with his ATT sim card and it worked fine.

they got them on ebay for 100$ becuase all the new phones out

I'm looking on ebay right now. Maybe the phones will go for $100 dollars but I doubt it man. Thats the starting bid for the gx22. I say about 200 dollars+ for that phone and 500+ for a gx32 although I know you can get it for less.

lamplighter. i am agree sharp gx22 is good. keep in mind, att use 850/1900. If you are in a city where att use 850, you will not get reception. cause your sharp gx22 is 900/1800/1900

Why would it not work? Don't listen to kingfan man (he's been giving wrong advices lately). He doesn't know what he is talking about.... 850/1900 means two bands and not one. Most of ATT phones are triband anyways. If one band doesn't work then another one will and if 850 doesn't work then you will connect to a tower at 900(someone elses tower like Tmobiles or Cingular or even 1900 which is the other half of ATTs 850/1900 available bands).

I agree that the GX22 works very well on the ATTWS network.

ok listen. sharp gx20/22 is 900/1800/1900. But somewhere in New York or other states . AT&T is using 850 band and also 1900. You will not the best coverage for 850 band area. why you guys still argued?????????????

please do not forget that ATT and Cingular are now one company and where cingular uses 850, Att uses 1900 so either way you will get reception. For example, here in Chicago, I use Tmobile, ATT and Cingular. Whenever I put my cingular sim into one of my non 850 phones, I roam for free on ATT's network.

To ducvader: There is no 900mhz in the US. We only have 1900 and 850. Tmobile uses 1900 solely and att and cingular use 850/1900
