Software for LG7020

Hi All,
I'm having a LG 7020 mobile phone (GSM) with lots of contacts inside. I just want to backup the contacts to other media in case my mobile becomes unavailable or I want to change my phone. But I dont have the software to do that. Does anyone has the software that can transfer the contacts from the phone to PC/laptop via Infrared port ?
