i have an old nokia 6310i and would like to replace the beat up old face plate. i see that i can buy these online, but i have not been able to get the old one off.
i have bought a torx screwdriver and removed the four screws, as well as popped out the rubber plug over the antenna, and removed the sim card. the old faceplate still seems to be quite stuck somewhere opposite the antenna.
does anyone know how to get the faceplate off without damaging the phone?
thanks,
carsten

yup you are missing the 5th and final screw pull off the middle casing so you can see the antenna (red looking thing)
then unscrew that screw and it will come off
