AUD 8900 Help PLZ

Hey guys how its going. I have an AudioVox 8900 phone, and I really need someone help. I want to transfer Ringtones from my computer to my phone. I bought the #19 cable from Radio Shack for this phone. Then I got the Future Dial Software Snap Media, and it doesnt work. It says my phone does not support Ringtones. Can someone plzz tell me what to do in order to get the ringtones on my phone. Thank you
