N-Gage doesn't work with my MMC anymore

Hi guys,
i have the following problem.
2 days ago I gave my n-gage to be flashed to v4.03 of the firmware. I have a Vigorium 128 MB MMC and when I got my N-Gage back I formatted my MMC with the PC (the PC was still finding the N-Gage) and then I formatted it with the N-Gage and now the PC doesn't regocnize the N-Gage when I connect. Do you think it has something to do with the firmware upgrade or has my MMC deffected??? I appreciate any help

You might try reinstalling the affected apps on your PC namely PC Suite if that is what you're using. Could you provide some more details about which PC apps you use for the N-Gage?

I don't use any software for the N-Gage. The problem is that the PC no longer finds the N-Gage MMC drive when I plug it in (It simply doesn't appear in My Computer anymore). Any help is appreciated

Check your Device Manager to see if there is some sort of device conflict or unknown device showing up in the device list. It could be that such a device would have to be removed via Device Manager and then reinstall the USB connection by having Windows automatically recognize your phone as a USB drive.

well, I've got 2 PCs. One runs on winXP and the other runs on win2k. None of them have any hardware conflicts and I've tried to locate such a device in the Device Manager, but it doesn't add anything there when it recognizes the N-Gage.
I have a doubt, that I may have faulted the MMC when I formatted in with the PC and then with the N-Gage. It doesn't recognize it exactly since then. Any suggestions?

i thought your not to format it on the pc. just format it on the phone
