N-Gage QD T-Mobile Customizations

Can anyone who has a T-Mobile QD post the customizations that come with the device? I have a Cingular QD, and it appears to me that the following items are custom:

Color palettes
Background image (?)
WAP/GPRS/etc. settings

Anything else?

I'm assuming that the Pink palette is available on the T-Mob version, and that there might be some sort of Pink background... Since I also have T-Mob service, I thought I'd try to give my QD the capability to look like it's either Cingular or T-Mob depending on which SIM I'm using.

Anyone got the T-Mob background?

Anyone know where I can get my QD flashed to an uncustomized version?
