LG 3200 upload wallpaper and ringtones

Friend of mine has the LG3100, I have the Lg 4400B. I have ringtones and wallpapers i have loaded onto my phone. Is it possible to load the same ones on this phone. I know it is not a color screen but what about the ringtones?? Thanks
