faceplate help pleaseee

i'm trying to change my audiovox 8900's faceplate...
i removed the four screws but it still won't come off
i used a bit of force but it still won't budge...
is there some sort of...glue holding it together?
cause i was just thinking of slitting the sides buuuutt...
i can't afford to break my phone.
can anyone please tell me what to do next??

the faceplate just snaps after you remove the screws, you should just be able to push the bottom out by putting pressure on it from the screw holes, or use a really small flatblade screwdriver and pry it off
