Recomend a $200 phone

The mic on my T68 died so I'm in dire need of a new phone. Something unlocked, GSM900/1800/1900 triband, a camera is nice, budget $200, $250max.
I've been looking at the SE T610 and Motorola E365, and leaning toward the Motorola. Any others that you would recommend?

NO T616. That is pretty much obsolete compared to the T637, which you can get around $150 Canadian with a new contract.
Other than its camera, for 200~ you could get a V300/400, both which have a better camera but less features.

I bought a V505 unlocked off of ebay for about $200... I got it to replace my V80 and it's been great (really, it's pretty much the same phone in different clothes but with slightly better reception for me)
