Infrared Problem !!!

Hello. If i want to recive files from any phone via infrared i must hit at > Connect > Infrared Dialup ??? i have tried in this way to get some melodies (*.mid) via infrared from Nokia, but is not working
Can anyone tell me about this problem ??? what i must do to recive files VIA <> Infrared .

First of all make sure that your Infra red function is switch on. Once it is switch on it will have some time before you need to switch on the function again if there is no activity. I don't think you need to do anything else.

so my phone is Panasonic X70 and there is no function INFRARED > ON / OFF !!! THere is only INFRARED DAIALUP...
When i click in > infrared dailup > there is waiting for infrared connection till will be connected.
Please informe about this problem soon as possible !!!

go to Organizer menu and there click recive file icon with two arrows blue and red........first the phone will start searching BT and when he gets IR signal the phone will automaticly start reciving IR...

You mean in this dir. > Organiser > Connect >> And there is Bluetooth;Infrared Dailup and Recive object !
I must hitt recive object to recive from infrared ???? coz i have tried this way to get via infrared through recive object ...
