Am I able to download themes to my 3650?

Hi,
I just wanted to know if I can download themes to my Nokia 3650, I tried downloading one from Zedge.com but it just kept saying "downloading" and never finished. I cancelled the download thinking that it would fry the phone or something.
If anyone knows if I can download themes on my phone your help is greatly appreciated.

Nokia 3650 dosen't support themes. You canno't download themes in your phone.

No for the 3660 as well. To use themes, u need symbian 7.0 which runs on the 6600,6620 and the 7610
