Hello guys, I am a newbie at the cellphone industry. Anyways, I was wondering if you guys can suggest which of the stock phones I should get from Fido, ( =<250CND). Main things are durability, battery and reception. Thank you!

What is your opinion on the Z600? I heard that was a good handset... I heard there were some problems with the v400... (Do you have a v400? What are the pros/cons?)

All the sony phones from Fido have terrible reception especially the Z200. The only reason that you want to go for Sony is the functionality, bluetooth and the design (base on different point of view). The best reception phone is always the Nokia but since Fido doesnt carry much for this brand... only 3100 for which I think it looks like a girl phone. The next one up should be Siemens for reception. The new CF62 and C65 do have better reception and both of them are relatively cheap. The v400 is a fine phone (I'm using that one) but it doesnt worth the price since it doesnt have bluetooth.

Yeah... I have been looking at an unlocked v600 (moto auston martin) do you guys have any ideas on that? And will the Rogers bid impact this?

Weird! I have a Z200 and LOVE it! No problems with reception. I am constantly being asked by friends to use my phone, cause in certain areas they get little no no reception
