Hi, I need any help in resetting a P800. Either a soft or hard reset (if available). I tried master reset in the control panel, but do not know the code, I never changed it, I tried 1234 and 0000 as well as the lock screen code I had once put (2486) but none of them worked, how can I do any type of reset, I just want to get the phone back to original factory settings as I have now upgraded and want to sell it and want to make sure no one gets any of my contacts, data, programs, etc.

try 8 digits "00000000" or "12345678"

Goto Sonyericsson.com, goto support section for P800 and see what the manual says.

Have you try just reformating the C drive? I don't know on the if it's same on P800 but try to do this:

Jog up
*
Jog down
Jog down
*
Jog down
*
This should bring up service menu, select "service function" and it will ask to do a internal disk format.
