so, I've been unable to access my email for a week or so and I took it to the shop but they couldnt fix it. Came home and called and they said it was their problem and were working on it.

Plus side is the shop swapped out a new phone for me, except for the back part

Now, no more scratches etc

I did have to reupload my tones and wall paper though.

Another thing, now I have a weird icon on the line underneat the antennea, battery life etc in the middle. Its a face pointing to the left, almost like the new voice memo icon but not quite it. Instead of a box next to the face, I have some other weird little lines comeing from it.

any help would be great
