T720 upgrade

I did everything step by step and succesfully flashed my phone. But I have a few questions. I know how to do everything with pst and VictorGsm. I can see my midi files, but when I try to load a midi file on my phone I get nothing.
When I try to download a midi file and send it to my phone using GSM or Media Manager it says the file has been loaded, but when I check my ring tones the file is not there.
Am i missing something, I have read a few threads and I can't figure this out. Do I have to rename or convert the file?? How come I can see it being loaded to the phone , but can not find it on the phone anywhere??
Any ideas?
