Where are Voice Tags Stored?

When I try to record one specific Voice Tag in my MPx200, I get a warning that a similar name is already stored. I have deleted and try to record with the same result.
Obviously there is a carry over of the same or similar name, and I thought of manually going in there and deleting the file. Where are they stored and what do they look like or what extension do they have....
