I keep getting this error message. It says that the file name must be <20 characters including extension. Fine, so I change the filename as it looks in the loader, but it reverts back to somehting like C:/WINDOWS/desktop...

I've been using webjal since last spring and I've never had this problem before. I thought I might be formatting them wrong, so I decided to load some old ring tones which I've successfully loaded before - no dice.

THe only difference is that I'm using an i860 now instead of a i730.

Any ideas? I'd appreciate any help.

Sorry if this is posted somewhere else; I searched for almost an hour and read through a ton of posts. I rarely visit this section since I've been lucky enough not to have problems before today.

Problem solved. I reinstalled webjal and now it works fine. Funny, b/c nothing else changed..ahh, windows.
