Does anyone know how to change the voicemail number on the GD87. I bought it in the UK and the number it has programmed is 121. I can not seem to change this manually though. Any suggestions?

Nothing easy. You would need to unlock the EEProm and then start fiddling using CB2000. Do a search on both here on Howard forums. All the info you need is already here. Keep in mind that this is not super trival (but not overly difficult either). You can mess your phone up if you are not careful. If you are an extreme novice, it would be easier to just pick another speed dial and set it up as your voicemail number. Just keep in mind that the carrier that your mobile was locked to, wanted it that way!

Did a few searches last night and found that you CAN NOT change the voicemail retrievel number, which sucks. I guess the best bet is to do like you say and use speed dial. Thanks though.
