Can Someone Please post the internet/wap/MMS settings for the C500?

Please put all info about what the connection should be, ie wap or internet blah blah blah i cant get mine configured right after an hour on the phone with T-mobile... he gave me the "real" internet acesspoint settings but it would cost me 20 a month if i load it so naw ill just use my t- zones..worked fine for me on my spv e200
