Anyone have trouble writing in english with a P910i purchased in Hong Kong?

Hello all,
Just wondering whether anyone have troubles writing english on a P910i purchased from Hong Kong Dealer.
Tried to three arrows method to change to inputting in english, but the recognition is just bad.
Anywhere I can download and replace the input software completely into english?
Can anyone help pls? Thanks heaps!

I too have the same problem. My line 1 is indicated with some Chinese wordings...

so phones sold in asia function differently?
this makes me worry a little since i'm awaiting mine from indonesia.
is there anything else thats different?
