hi
last month my bill shows charge for 4 pages (Yahoo Masgr text) 0.05$ each.
i been using my p900 and agile 4.99 tzone for the last year never get charged. this month bill they charged me for sms each time im chating with friends using agile GPRS conncetion.

any one else experience the same

no, i havent experienced anything like that and i have p900 with t-mobile and ive signed on to agile messenger on yahoo with my 4.99 t-zones,

as ive said again, t-mobile wants to rip everyone off as much as possible, whether it is to close of all the ports or to charge for every cent u use by doing anything so they can force u to pay for their sms that costs almost nothing to actually run.

i used agile p900 for the past year this is the first time i got charged. so why they charge me now
i called the csr the told me its text i tried to explain to them im not loged in t zone but they keep saying its sms text.

thats a rip off wright there

sorry to hear your story, ive had my share of bad rough ups with tmobile, cant do anything at all about it, ur their ××××× now like all their customers

if i were you i would take advantage of times when t-mobile service is down and complain and tell them you have lost money from loss of customers because the customers couldnt contact you when it went down, i said that same thing and they rewarded me with 40 bux of free minutes (100 of them) take advantage of that theyre giving those away.

you can also state that somebody is txt msging you in the last 10 min every 2 seconds and say that u think ur getting charged since they cant check if you have received txt messges after a couple of hours...they will be willing to give u free txt msg, (i got 30 of em)

at least you can get something out of this so cheer up

thank, i was very honest with them this my 3rd year with them my bill over 70$ monthly.never late from paying monthly, im on family plan. 400 min 49.99 they even dont wont to give me loyality min

good choice...but one question to who? unfortunately tmo is the only provider with good internet plans and the p900 is limited to few carriers

if you ever swtich to another provider and its just as good as tmo and it supports p900 let me know i might change too good luck in your quest

I switched to Tmobile this year and everything, including customer service, has been great. $4.99 Tzones has all ports open for me. My bill is $39.99 for 1000 min + unlimited n/w and $4.99 for unlimited data, no roaming, no long distance.... no other plan from any provider comes even close...
