Just got a LG 4500 phone from Verizon. Is there any place to download the software which will allow me to update my contacts via the PC?

if by contacts you mean your phone #'s
yes bitpim will let you back it up or even change it from the computer
put if you mean import the contacts list from outlook to your phone..
I think you need 'data pilot'
a google search will find it for you as it is a retail product advertise in the computer mags
