mpx220 availability and headset promo

I have a problem with the way the phone is being sold in 1 part of the country and not others... I will be unable to participate in the headset promo as Best Buy has decided to sell the phone on the west coast and no where else..
How fair is that!!!!

The promo for the free BT headset is only for the MPx220 being sold through ATTWS.
According to Motorola Customer Service, the phone must have an ATTWS IMEI to be eligible for the headset promo, so customers buying the MPx220 through Best Buy on Cingular can't participate, so no worries if you are waiting for the ATTWS release.
