I have a US Cellular issued Kyocera 7135 and I am switching to Verizon. I cannot use the internet on Verizon's network and Kyocera has told me they cant put Verizon's software on my phone. I can only use the cellular mode on VZW. Can someone show me how to use internet on this device using Verizon's system?

It would seem that an authorized VZW location should be able to load their software/firmware into the device. I'm not sure that would create the network settings that you are pursuing. It might. An additional concern would be that you have National Access (or whatever they currently call it) as a feature on your account. This would be prerequisite to using the high-speed, Express Network, method of connecting. Customer Service has a group that is supposed to handle data connectivity, so give them a try, as well.

Be aware that if you upgrade to the latest firmware, you will lose Grafitti 1. So if your device is stable, you might not want to make that sacrifice.

Some correspondence about the network settings can be found here:

If there is any further response to this thread, we can try to get into the VZW specific settings.

You have to be level 2 certification to do software upgrade and where not there yet.
