Hello

I did post this previously, but it has disappeared......

After mine Panasonic x66 was stolen from me by a pickpocket, i was the luckiest guy on earth to be able to recover it! It disappeared from my belt-worn leather case while i was in a disco, and a full week later i found it in a second-hand-phone shop, the thief was stupid enough to keep all my pictures and phone numbers stored... so showing my second phone, which holds absolute identical content, convinced the store owner pretty quickly that that is MY phone, and after three hours discussion with the management and trying to track the thief via his passport number (he used a fake passport, as it turned out), i got my phone back.

Now, i want to know if it is possible to LOCK it to my SIM card? This seems to be the only phone i ever owned which does NOT have such option in it's menu.

Is there a code?

Any help would be highly appreciated

umm... your solution may have to be to use a pocket with a zipper

I dont know of any such function, but I think it would be an excellent idea... bearing in mind though, that what can be done, can usually be undone
