You Guys Are Smart, Help ME

OK, so I am WAY overdue for a new phone, and was wondering if you guys had any suggestions. I have some preferences, all of which are NECESSARY for my new phone. I just don't know which phone has all these little features I want, oh, so badly-- so I need your guy's help!
1. Must be flip phone
2. Must have a camera 
3. Must be able to play mp3's as ringtones (I'd also like it to be able to play a voice recording, if possible) 
4. Phone must have the ability to set pictures taken with the camera as wallpaper for the phone's screen.
So, what phone do you guys know of that has these featues? PLEASE HELP ME!!! Thank you so much!

u might wanna try the Sharp GX32 .... it does all u want and then some more 
other good ones are the moto v600 but unless ur after the bluetooth and quad-band u can go for anything below it like v500, v400, v300, v220 ......
