Is there anyway to turn up the Microphone Volume on the Z200? I can hear everyone fine but they have a hard time hearing me. I've read the entire manual and cannot find the answer.

Any help would be appreciated.

nope, try taking louder or stay away from background noise when on the phone. have u ever thought it might be their phone that needs to have the volume increased?

top im having the same issue, except last night it was working and tonight its not.

try cleaning the mic area.... dust must have collected.... take the phone apart if needed.....

nop no way to increse the vol... try recording and see... also check with the service menu...

to hear the real volume from your ringtones:
just go into the media player
start playing some mp3
close the flip
mess around with the volume on the side it also acts as changing mp3
when closed the phone speaker goes into speakerphone loudness if that makes any sense
