browser problem

Hello all..nice place you have here..
i bought 2 phones yesterday, samsung A660's with the promotion i get 2 months free web access. my problem is the one phone connects to the net the other has "network busy " error message. is there a hidden setting i need to turn on to connect? i am on 1x on both phones...please help its driving me crazy....
text messaging works on both phones.. oh and before you ask, one cell is my girlfriends

take it back to the store and have it reprogrammed, after you tell them that browser isn't working...

i've heard some salespeople actually muck up the programming...present company not included

tried that...they gave me a number to call friggin customer service

no...they just handed me the number. i am currently on hold for the 3rd time since i called bell mobility customer service at 5:30...its now 6:35. the first guy i talked to said i had to speak with the tech guys...the tech guy tranfered me back to customer service as he is not allowed to "fix" the error created at signup

UPDATE

its now 8:08 pm and i have just been put in queque for the "help desk" please tell me Bell Mobility isnt always like this.....





UPDATE FINALLY!!!
after 3 hours and 4 min they reconnected me to the web browser..it appears they didnt configure english/french properly

first the salesman in store have to make sure that the programmation is well done

if the salesman doesn't want a check that programmation ask to speak to the manager .....

if nothing comes out ...... you have 15 days from the buying date to return the phone,, this is also good for an exchange.

they can't tell you ''no'',,, they have no other choice than accepting.
