I am a Siemens Fan (S57, ME45, M50, SL42, C45...) but the latest siemens phone has NO mp3 and FM radio, which pull me back for buying the S65. May be you want to wait for a better modal. I missed the ease of use of the Siemens Interface.

Check out some of the reviews posted on this forum and at club-siemens.net. That will give you a good overview.
True, the S65 does not have a MP3 player and radio but if you really want these than you should consider the SX1.
Overall the s65 is an awesome phone....I'm just waiting for a price drop. The $350 you mentioned is the lowest price, I'd like to had the HHB 600 bluetooth headset as well.
