Can I exchange a phone for another brand under my current plan?

I bought a Samsung a500 and I have a 2-year contract with Sasktel. I find that I don't like what this phone has to offer and I want to return it and get a different brand on my same contract. It's only been a few days since I bought the phone, would this be okay? Thanks.

You have to call the store, since I don't think anybody here works at Sasktel. But, it should be okay to do.

I beleive its 15 days no hassle exchange/return.

You should be able to take it back, as long as you haven't put more than 1/2 hour
(I think) on the phone's life-timer.
If that's all good then take it back and you'll be able to get what you want with a minimum of bloodshed.

What do you mean by life-timer? As in, air-time, or talk-time? Because I've only used it to talk a few minutes.

It always refers to the talk time.

That's right....if it's only a few minutes then all is well.
