Can't get ringtones for my 8890

I can't seem to get ringtones for my 8890 to work. I am sending them through www.ufone.ca and when I receive them they don't actually play. The phone will vibrate but no actual ringing can be heard. When I send the same ringtone to my 6590 it works perfectly. What am I doing wrong?
