i work at the best (as in we open the most lines) in all of california if not top 5 in all the United States and i have personally sold over around 50 of these fones myself. The fone in my opinion is pretty nice. Small and unique sliding shell. The colors on the phone is pretty good. Camera quality (including video quality) is typical to most of the phones in its price range. Our store hasnt had too many problems with the Inno 55 as opposed to the Inno 89/90 which was loaded with bugs. But all in all i would buy this fone if u dont want to spend too much money and want something different from what you would normally see everywhere else.
