InFrared connection not working ??

I've got a 'Mobile Action MA620' InFrared Device connected to my PC and used the Sharp Modem setup CD. This is set up as per the instructions and it dials up the Mobile (GX10) and starts to log, then an error comes up saying 'that the remote computer (GX10) could not agree with PPP protocol controls'.
Using win2k and I've set the line speeds at 9600.

Any clues how to rectify this.

I've been using the Sharp Modem setup CD without success, so I tried using the MobileAction Handset Manger CD. But Sharp is not listed.

Where can I find a download for a update or a Handset Manger for the GX10 series

Problem solved using a UK Forum.

Reinstalling (TCP/IP) and deleting WAN Miniport (IP2) in registry.
