Someone please help asap

I have been searching all over the site for hours about how to set up bitpim with my phone. I have a VX6000 and i have the futuredial drivers and bitpim V.62. everytime i try to send a mp3 to my phone it says this: "An unexpected exception has occurred.
Please see the help for details on what to do.
