Samsung E600 video sound?

Hi all,
everything is working fine, even the sound of the video recorded WHEN i tested it at the shop, but after a few days i tried to listen to the video i recorded at the shop and the sound is very very faint as if it's a normal call (i have to put the speaker to my ear), i don't know y, but all the other sounds r high and normal, the same happened to other videos i recorded after this one (but not when it was good), the only video i recorded and tested was the one at the shop, others where after i replayed it, please help, thanks.
