Just a question on where I should put the files on the mmc so it reads them??

anyways this is not warez related so...

You can copy games to e:\gamephone\gamephone_myrom and GamePhone Advance can recognize roms from there.

I tried that but it still wouln't recognize it when I go into the program....puzzles me..
