Maybe someone can help me. The board seems to have been reset while I was gone. I finally got my MMS on my GD88 working on the fido network, but when I send an mms to myself it sends me a sms back telling me to go to a webpage. Is there anything specific I have to do to get it to go to my phone directly instead of the fido.ca/mms webpage?

Hello

I don't use a GD 88 but a x66, but i came across the same problem. I'm on the D-TAC network in Thailand, and when receiving a MMS, i was sent an SMS that said i'll need to go to a website.

However in my case, i could solve it quite easily. I am sure that "my" solution will work for you as well.

Go to "Messages".

Then go to "Settings".

Then go to "MMS".

Then go to "Auto Download".

Set that to "Always On".

From then onward, your MMS will automatically download to the phone, provided you have everything else (like MMS server etc) set up correctly.

Those above steps are for a x66, so for yours it might be somewhat different, but this is how it worked for me
