sprint relay wireless? how's that work?

Hey I just been wanting to try this relay wireless thing.. Never did one of those before. But before I waste my time I mean how's it really work? Is it only from my csk to the other person or does a operator assist you? I would hate to bother a 3rd party ust for me having fun...
Also if someone calls you can you route it through this? Just wanna have fun. But not if it means wasting a operators time IF there is even one with this.

There is an opperator inbetween the SK and the third party you're trying to call.
Keep in mind that this service is for deaf and hard-of-hearing people. Technically you're not supposed to use it unless you have these traits.
